JER Sells Washington M-F for $66M

JER Partners, the private equity commercial real estate investment arm of the J. E. Robert Cos., has sold the Glen Park Apartments to Fairfield Residential L.L.C. of San Diego, Calif. JER bought the complex of 464 units in April, 2005, in partnership with FSC Realty. The property is located 10 miles northeast of Tacoma, Wash., and 25 miles south of Seattle.
