New Urban Takes San Francisco Portfolio

New Urban Properties L.L.C., a San Francisco-based real estate operating company specializing in historic properties throughout San Francisco, has announced it has added three new assets to its portfolio. The most prominent building, located at 166 Geary Street, is a 16-story landmark constructed in 1906. A companion building, 171 Maiden Lane, is a two-story boutique building at the entrance to Union Square. The third is 944 Market St., an eight-story office building at the corner of Market and Mason Streets in the emerging Mid-Market submarket. All three buildings are Category I historic structures.
