May 20, 2008

San Francisco-based Levi Strauss & Co. has big expansion plans, and the company has just tapped New York City's PBS Real Estate Advisors to spearhead the endeavor. As part of a multi-year plan, the famous jean-maker will increase its number of retail sites in major cities across the U.S., as well as in high-traffic shopping centers in non-core domestic markets. Most recently, the company debuted its fourth Manhattan store in a 6,500-square-foot space in Times Square.
