Redhill Realty, AEW Take San Diego MF

RedHill Realty Investors and AEW Capital Management have announced the acquisition of Waterleaf Apartments in San Diego, Calif. Built in 1984, Waterleaf is a 456-unit complex located in Vista, a suburb north of San Diego. The deal officially closed in 2007 for a total purchase price of $69 million.
