Ownership of a 78,000-square-foot industrial building in Seal Beach, Calif., has just changed hands. TPX L.P. took the property at 1709 Apollo Court off the hands of Knickerbocker Properties Inc., and secured Torrance-based solar power technology firm AMONIX as the tenant. As sole occupant AMONIX, will use the facility to manufacture large solar cells. TPX relied on NAI Capital and Colliers International for representation in the acquisition deal, while seller Knickerbocker turned to CB Richard Ellis for representation. NAI Capital also stood in for both TPX and AMONIX in the lease agreement.
