Brokerage Firm Forsakes Los Angeles for 10,000 SF in Tustin
May 20, 2008

Zealous Trading Group Inc. has just announced that it will relocate its headquarters from the tony streets of the Century City submarket in Los Angeles to Tustin in Orange County, courtesy of a three-year lease at 15461 Red Hill Ave. The move, scheduled for next month, will leave the brokerage firm with 10,000-square-foot digs for office operations and trading floor activity at the three-building, 140,000-square-foot NorthPointe office and R&D campus. Zealous officials cited the relatively lower price of office space in Orange County as one of the deciding factors in the relocation to Tustin, as well as the area's highly educated and tech-savvy workforce. Real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis represented the building owner in the transaction.
