TechSpace will be able to call the buildings at 65 and 75 Enterprise in Aliso Viejo, Calif., home for quite some time now that the company has signed a long-term lease with property owner RREEF. TechSpace, a provider of full-service office facilities and corresponding infrastructure and IT services, will continue to occupy 90,000 square feet within two buildings at the 1.8 million-square-foot Summit Office Campus through 2017 under a contract valued at $25 million. The company plans to renovate its digs, making upgrades to its café and common areas, as well as reconfiguring office accommodations. Real estate services firm Grubb & Ellis Inc. represented TechSpace in the transaction, while CB Richard Ellis Co. stood in for the landlord.
