Surf Retailer Plans Pair of New Shops in O.C.

Jack's Surfboards is catching a wave and expanding its holdings in Orange County. The popular surf retail chain will open two more shops in San Clemente and Irvine, the Orange County Register reported this week.

Jack's will open its fifth Orange County shop during the second half of 2008. The 9,300 square-foot store will be located in Irvine's Oak Creek Village Center. Then, during the first half of 2009, the retailer plans to open its 10, 120 square-foot San Clemente shop on Avenida Del Mar.
