City Centre Sold in Long Beach

Maxxam Enterprises L.L.C. has arranged the sale of the City Centre building, a 67,000-square-foot office property located at 200 Pine Avenue in Long Beach, Calif. Built in the 1930s and renovated in the 1960s and ‘90s, the six-story City Centre building also includes an attached 123 stall parking garage. The building features three  restaurants located on the ground floor: the Aladdin Grill Café, Il Padrino and Wasabi Japanese Restaurant.
