Reports Released on SoCal's Orange County Office Conditions

UCLA Anderson Forecast this week releases a pair of reports covering Orange County, Calif.'s office conditions: its Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast California Commercial Real Estate Survey and Index Research Project, which poll Orange County commercial real estate developers and investors.

Among the results: the current Orange County office market remains soft due to the housing meltdown and subsequent mortgage crunch; the Orange County office market is projected to remain soft through 2010; and stable occupancy rates plus a noticeable slowdown in new office space should occur after mid-2009.
