ROEL Completes Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa Construction

ROEL Construction Co. Inc. has completed construction of The Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa located on Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The 552,000-square-foot project offers a 16-story, 340-room hotel next to the existing casino with meeting rooms, pre-function convention space, complete spa, and back of house areas. The tower features 314 deluxe guest rooms, 24 executive suites, two presidential suites, a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor conference center with over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, back of house areas, the 10,500-square-foot Sunstone Spa, and resort-style pool.
