KaloBios Pharmaceutical has snagged 40,000 square feet at 260 East Grand Avenue in South San Francisco, Calif. for its new headquarters location. Located within the 600-acre Point Grand Business Park, one of the San Francisco Bay Area's top life science building enclaves, the building consists of 20,000 square feet of laboratory and support space, 19,000 square feet of office space and 9,000 square feet of warehouse space. The private monoclonal company will occupy 26,000 square feet of the building and will sublet the remaining 14,000 square feet of laboratory and office space with the assistance of Jones Lang LaSalle, which also orchestrated the lease agreement. KaloBios is scheduled to make the move to its new home this month.
