KSL Resorts Completes $150M Renovation of San Diego Hotel

KSL Resorts completed a $150 million transformation of the Hotel del Coronado located in San Diego, Calif. Situated at ocean’s edge on San Diego’s Coronado Island, Beach Village at The Del's features include 78 guest-rooms and suites, private pools, cabanas and beach access.

Using the proceeds to pay down its unsecured line of credit, Boston Properties Inc. has closed on an eight-year, $375 million loan secured by Four Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. The loan was provided by a syndicate of life insurance companies and bears interest at a fixed rate of 6.10 percent annum.
