Pacific Office Properties Closes $40M Credit Facility

Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc. has announced that it has closed on a revolving credit facility with KeyBank National Association that has a maximum amount of $40 million. Proceeds will be used to acquire opportunistic and value-added office properties in partnership with institutional co-investors and for general corporate purposes.

Using the proceeds to pay down its unsecured line of credit, Boston Properties Inc. has closed on an eight-year, $375 million loan secured by Four Embarcadero Center in San Francisco.
