Spire in Denver Gets Construction Loan

Corus Bank has announced that it has closed a $118 million loan to Spire Denver L.L.C., an affiliate of Nichols Partnership Inc., to finance the building of Spire, a 41-story condominium building in Denver, Colo. The project will consist of 503 residential units, and approximately 7,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
