Ohlson Lavoie to Design 8.1MSF Mixed-Use Project in Cairo

Denver's Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative has been chosen as the architect of record for the design of the 8.1 million-square-foot Cairo Financial Center on 15 acres in Cairo. Ohlson Lavoie will lead the way in bringing to life the developer's vision of the $730 million project, which will feature 600,000 square feet of office space, 950,000 square feet of retail space, a 100,000-square-foot conference center, a 450-room hotel and a 3,000-car parking facility. Construction of the first phase of CFC is scheduled to reach completion in 2010.
