Bascom Closes on $51.7M Denver Apartment Buy

Bascom Group L.L.C. has closed on the $51.7 million acquisition of Lakecrest at Gateway Park, a 440-unit Class A apartment property in Denver, from seller The Pauls Corp. Jeff Hawks and Doug Andrews of Apartment Realty Advisors brokered the transaction, while  Bascom secured its now-scarce favorable debt and equity financing via Brian Eisendrath and Troy Tegeler of CBRE Melody arranged the financing on behalf of Bascom. The units at the property range from one to three bedrooms.
