Dex, a part of R.H. Donnelley, is leasing two buildings in the Denver Metro area, Studley has announced. Studley is R.H. Donnelley’s national real estate advisor, and handled the transactions for Dex. The two buildings, totaling more than 280,000 square feet, are Panorama Corporate Center IV in Englewood and One Lincoln Station in Lone Tree. The four-story, 137,000-square-foot project named Panorama Corporate Center IV, will be located at 9501 East Panorama Circle. It is the one of the last sites in the four-building Panorama Corporate Center complex, which is anchored by Charles Schwab. The building is being developed by CarrAmerica. One Lincoln Station is one of four buildings in the first phase of a 35-acre, mixed-use, transit-oriented development project, which offers retail, office and residential, located at approximately I-25 and Lincoln in Douglas County. It is developed by a joint venture between Westfield Development Company and Bradbury Properties.
