Trammell Crow Starts Last Phase of Colorado Industrial Park

Trammell Crow Co., on behalf of owner Principal Real Estate Investors, has broken ground on Phase III at Airways Business Center in Aurora, Colo. This final phase of the 54-acre park will consist of three buildings totaling 220,700 square feet. Phases I and II total 585,000 square feet, and were completed by Trammell Crow Company in 2005 and 2007, respectively.
