Apartment Property in Boulder Pulls in a Record $197,000 Per-Unit

Uptown Broadway, a multifamily community in Boulder, has traded for $23 million. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction, which involved the property's 100,940-square-foot 116-unit market-rate apartment segment and, at a price of $196,983 per unit, marked the highest price per-unit sale ever achieved in Boulder. Located on an approximately 2.5-acre parcel at 4590 13th St., Uptown Broadway also encompasses 32 affordable housing apartments, 41 for-sale lofts and 55 for-sale flats and live/work units that were not included in the transaction. The property was developed by Four Mile Creek L.L.C.  in 2005.
