Pacific Coast Capital Partners L.L.C. has formed a joint venture with Denver-based Griffis Value Added Fund L.L.C. for the acquisition of Highline on Cherry Creek, a 216-unit apartment community in Denver. The seller was Englewood, Colo-based Loup Development Co., who was is the property’s developer. No broker represented PCCP/GVAF in the transaction. Chuck Sweeney of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller. Built in 2004, Highline on Cherry Creek is a nine-building apartment community situated on a 11-acre site. The complex was 95 percent occupied at the close of escrow and consists of units ranging in size from 736 to 1,207 square feet.
