Brookside Properties L.L.C. snapped up the apartment complex from Brookside-Premier L.L.C. Carrying the address of 6131 W. Thomas Rd., Brookside occupies a nearly seven-acre parcel surrounded by highways and located within close proximity to the 1 million-square-foot Desert Sky Mall and Cricket Pavilion Amphitheater. Developed in 1984, the property encompasses approximately 137,400 square feet. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' national multi-housing group orchestrated the transaction, representing both the seller and the buyer, and announced the transaction.
