$40M Golf Clubhouse in the Works

Work has commenced on the development of the 82,000-square-foot Quintero Golf & Country Club Clubhouse at the 800-acre Quintero Golf & Country Club enclave located 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix in Peoria. United Builders Service is the general contractor on the $40 million project, which will produce a state-of-the-art structure with a pro-shop, wine seller, dining accommodations and an underground parking facility for 100 vehicles. Construction is on schedule to reach completion in December 2009.
