New York Investment Group Inks Deal to Buy Iconic Hayden Ferry Lakeside Office Tower

HF Lakeside II L.L.C., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation of America, purchased a 12-story commercial office tower at Hayden Ferry Lakeside in Tempe, Ariz., from SunCor Development Co.  The recently constructed class A 299,540-square-foot office tower was purchased for $92 million.  This sale marks the second such sale of a commercial office tower by SunCor at Hayden Ferry Lakeside.  SunCor has plans in the pipelines for additional commercial and residential structures in the area.
