Sept 12, 2008

The Centre at Cypress Creek will soon return to its former glory, as Macfarlan Capital Partners moves to wrap up the sweeping $25 million renovation of the 630,000-square-foot office campus that once served as Compaq Computer Corp. headquarters. Cypress Creek boasts a location on 44 acres off State Highway 249 in northwest Houston. The corporate campus consists of a two-story 400,000-square-foot building and three linked four-story structures. On target to open September 30, the overhauled property will make its reentry into the Class A office market with FoxConn Technology Group as lead tenant. Transwestern Commercial Services has been tapped to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
