Phillips Development Hires Jones as Site Acquisition Associate, Taps Peek as Corporate Leasing Director

Phillips Development & Realty L.L.C. hired Kolby Jones as a site acquisition associate and Cyndie Peek as a corporate leasing director, the company said today. After working in commercial real estate for six years, Jones is proficient in site selection. He was employed by RMC Property Group as development acquisitions manager, and came to Phillips Development with a wealth of industry knowledge. Peek's duties include administering and maintaining all phases of community operations for the firm’s Mosaic on Hermann Park, located in Houston, Tex. Previously, she was regional supervisor for independent, multi-family developer the Finger Cos.
