Elkins Joins Hughes Watters Askanase as Special Counsel

Hughes Watters Askanase L.L.P. said today that Randy Elkins has joined the Houston-based law firm as special counsel to the real estate and finance practice group. In this capacity, he will provide transactional and litigation counsel to financial institutions and other clients of the firm involved in complex real estate and debtor-creditor transactions.
