Thompson National Buys Blind Dog Building in Utah

Thompson National Properties L.L.C. announced the acquisition of the Blind Dog Building in Park City, Utah on behalf of the Vulture Fund. Located at 1781 and 1787 Sidewinder Drive, the 3-story office and restaurant property was constructed in 2 phases. The 15,000-square-foot property is situated approximately 25 miles east of Salt Lake City and is 73 percent leased.
