ProLogis Arranges 500,000SF Lease in Dallas

ProLogis has leased a total of 500,000 square feet to three customers in the greater Dallas metropolitan area. SpeedFC, a Texas-based third-party logistics provider, has leased approximately 270,000 square feet of distribution space at Northgate Distribution Center, located in Northeast Dallas near the intersection of Interstate 635 and Interstate 75. Siemens Government Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens AG, has leased approximately 115,000 square feet in Dallas. CHEP USA, a global leader in pallet and container pooling services, has leased approximately 120,000 square feet of distribution space at Dallas Corporate Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Interstate 35E, near the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
