MacFarlan Real Estate Leases 11,261 SF in Dallas

TIC Properties Management L.L.C. represented the Tenant-In-Common owners of 10100 North Central Expressway in a 12 month 11,261-square-foot lease renewal transaction with MacFarlan Real Estate Services L.P. The six-story multi-tenant office building is located in the Central Expressway Market Corridor in Dallas, Tex. More than 96 percent of the building is leased.

Dallas-based Baylor Health Care System broke ground Tuesday on a $212 million 332,000-square-foot hospital in the Dallas suburb of McKinney. News reports indicate that Baylor also plans to announce Friday its intent to build a $350 million cancer center in Dallas.
