Grubb & Ellis Sells Texas Office Property

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors L.L.C. announced the disposition of 1410 East Renner Road, a two-story office building in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, on behalf of tenant-in-common investors. Built in 1999, the property offers approximately 117,000 square feet of rentable space situated on approximately seven acres of land. The property offers easy access to U.S. Highway 75 and State Highway 190, and has 516 on-site parking spaces for visitors and tenants. Originally purchased in October 2003, 1410 Renner Road was sold to LBA Realty L.L.C. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
