Correction: Shops at Vineyard Village Lists for $43M in Texas

An item here yesterday stated that on behalf of the seller, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services had sold for $43 million the Shops at Vineyard Village, a 208,000-square-foot shopping center in Euless, Texas. The property has been listed, but not sold. The listing price of $43 million represents $206 per square foot. Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb, the shopping center is situated on 45.58 acres at Glade Road and State Highway 121. The property is across from Glade Parks, a mixed-use development with more than one million square feet of retail space and 858 multi-family units. Built in 2007 and anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, PetSmart, Ross, Shoe Pavilion and Staples, the Shops at Vineyard Village is leased to an array of national tenants, including Starbucks, Sports Clips, Dollar Tree, Party City, Smoothie King and numerous others.
