Florida Hospital has purchased a 100-acre site near Lake Nona -- acreage that may be the site of a future hospital, according to the Orlando Business Journal. Formerly zoned as residential, the property is being rezoned to allow for hospital uses.
The future complex will likely include employee housing as well as a clinic. Florida Hospital would only say that it purchased the hospital and refused to give the Business Journal further details as to its future plans.
