Habitat for Humanity Orlando has just announced plans for the development of Staghorn Villas, a 58-unit affordable housing property to be located at the intersection of Staghorn Drive and Silver Star Road. The townhome complex will will mark Habitat Orlando's first multifamily endeavor. Hanover Life Reassurance Co. of America and pallet and container company CHEP have contributed to the financing of the project. The Staghorn Villas development will be erected on a nearly four-acre parcel and, upon completion, will encompass 10 structures flanked by green space.
