Orlando Industrial Property Sold

Delta Properties Intl. L.L.C. has acquired the industrial facility at 1815 Cypress Lake Drive in Orlando, Fla., from LDL Holdings Florida L.L.C.  According to the Orlando Business Journal, LDL Holdings had purchased the warehouse, located on six acres, three years ago when it was a newly developed property. The company relied on Mark Stratman and Danielle Murphy of  The Staubach Co. to orchestrate the transaction, while Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors stood in for Delta Properties.
