A 10-year lease agreement has facilitated a relocation and a new high profile for Baby Love. The infant products and apparel retailer signed a lease with property owner Dacar Management L.L.C. for 60,000 square feet of shop space at 6931 NW 88th Ave. in Tamarac, Fla., about 30 miles outside of Miami. With the closing of the deal, Baby Love was able to bid adieu to its digs in nearby Sunrise, and get its name in lights; the shopping center's moniker was changed from Tamarac Square West to Baby Love Plaza. The landlord relied on internal department Dacar Management for representation in the transaction, while the tenant turned to CB Richard Ellis.
