Miami Moves Forward with One Bayfront Plaza

Florida East Coast Realty is moving forward with plans for its $1.8 billion development, One Bayfront Plaza in Miami, Fla. The mixed-use project, comprising two 70-story towers, will include an 850-room convention hotel with 120,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space. The development will also include office and retail space.

Terra Architecture is designing the project, which is aiming for silver LEED status. The developers plan to break ground on One Bayfront Plaza in 2012.
