Adler Financial Sells Virginia Office Building

Adler Financial sold 4221 Walney Road, a 28,161-square-foot office building located near the intersection of Highway 50 and Route 28 in Chantilly, Va.,   to a small group of private investors.  GVA Advantis represented the seller in the transaction. Built in 1987, the property is a five-story class B office building.  Virginia Commerce Bank, the building’s largest tenant, occupies a total of 19,914 square feet, or 71 percent of the building.

Grubb purchased the 216-unit AMLI at Kedron Village multi-family community in Peachtree City from AMLI Residential and Prudential Real Estate Investors, and the 280-unit Creekside Crossing in Lithonia from Harbor Group International, Norfolk, Va.
