NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has leased 42,000 square feet of office space, almost 22,000 square feet in Delray Beach to an international telecommunications company and 20,000 square feet in Jupiter to a Fortune 500 company.

In the first transaction, Clertech.com Inc., a Florida-based telecommunications firm, leased 21,947 square feet of Class A office space at Delray Arbors office park in Delray Beach. The company's space will occupy the entire top floor in one of the three, four-story buildings in the park. The company committed to a 10-year lease and will establish a call center at the location and use the space for technician training and to position servers. The firm expects to occupy the space at 1625 S. Congress Avenue by mid-summer.

In the second lease transaction a Fortune 500 company committed to 20,000 square feet at Innovation Office Center, an office campus situated on 17 acres of lakefront property in Jupiter. The Fortune 500 company chose not to disclose its name until it occupies the space sometime this summer. The deal was consummated in just 10 days.

The company will occupy half of the second floor in one of the three buildings on Innovation Office Center's campus. The campus is located at 15430 Endeavor Drive and features an on-site café, multi-media auditorium and premier daycare center. The property, originally owned by Pratt & Whitney, is now owned by Aquila Property Co.
