NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Expands Medical Real Estate Niche

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has won the assignment for leasing for 86,000 square feet of medical office space located on the campus of St. Mary¹s Medical Center, a Tenet Healthcare-owned hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla. The assignment involves leasing medical space in three buildings, the Professional Center, the Children¹s Pavilion and the Medical Pavilion on behalf of Tenet Healthcare Corp. In addition, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has been chosen by Alliance Properties PBL L.L.C. to market a land parcel across from Good Samaritan Hospital, also in West Palm Beach, that is permit-ready for development as an 18,000 square-foot medical office building.
