Grubb & Ellis Co. arranged the purchase of SouthCrest Medical Plaza, two class A medical office buildings located in Stockbridge, Ga. The property consists of approximately 81,000 square feet on approximately 9.7 acres. Located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Interstate 675 and Highway 138, the development is situated between Southern Regional Medical Center and Henry County Medical Center.
