Regent's 3344 Peachtree Tops Out

Regent Partners L.L.C. has celebrated the topping out of 3344 Peachtree and its luxury home component, SOVEREIGN. Rising 635 feet, the landmark 50-story mixed-use building is the predominant structure in the Buckhead skyline. The building is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2008, with business tenants occupying the building this spring and residential homeowners moving in this summer. The 3344 Peachtree has 500,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space that is now 50 percent leased. SOVEREIGN, the residential component, includes 82 luxury homes starting on the building's 28th story and going up to the 50th story.
