585,000-SF Suburban Atlanta Industrial Property Trades for $20M
Oct 24, 2008

The 585,000-square-foot distribution center at 200 Blairs Bridge Rd. within the First Park Terminus West business park in Lithia Springs, Ga., has just come under new ownership. First Industrial Realty Trust sold the year-old, fully leased building to CenterPoint Properties Trust in a $20 million deal orchestrated by Colliers Spectrum Cauble. Located under 15 miles west of Atlanta in the I-20 West submarket, the property is solely occupied by Exel Logistics, which relied on Colliers Spectrum to facilitate its five-year lease of the build-to-suit structure in September 2007. The property serves as a warehouse and distribution facility for Exel.
