DiamondRock Sells Springhill Suites Atlanta Buckhead

DiamondRock Hospitality Co. has announced that it has sold the SpringHill Suites Atlanta Buckhead to a private equity firm for $36 million. The purchase price for the 220-room hotel represents a cap rate of 5.5 percent or 15.9 times multiple on trailing 13-period NOI and EBITDA, respectively.
