Triple Net Takes Park Central in Atlanta

Triple Net Properties L.L.C. has acquired Park Central on behalf of tenant-in-common investors, the firm said in a release. No price or firther details of the transaction were given.

Park Central is a ten-story office building totaling approximately 212,200 square feet in Atlanta, Georgia. It was built in 1986 and renovated in 2005.== Park Central is ten miles northeast of Atlanta's CBD. It also has a three-story, 785-space parking garage.

The property is 85 percent leased to 30 tenants, including Digital Tigers, RLI Insurance and Phoenix Systems. Triple Net Properties purchased Park Central from Transwestern. Financing was provided by Wachovia Bank, National Association.
