TPG Renovates NY Office Tower

TPG Architecture recently completed 40,000-square-foot renovation at the 27-story 32 Avenue of the Americas, Dentsu America’s flagship location in TriBeCa.  TPG’s new design includes an open plan, glass front offices, high ceilings and a ten foot, 800 gallon tank filled with colorful Koi fish. For added privacy, the company created two living room spaces with wood pocket doors; one exclusively for the CEO and the other for use by Dentsu staff.
