ACC Construction Appoints Winters as Director of Operations

ACC Construction has named  James Winters director of operations, the company announced today. Winters will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating and directing the activities of every one of the firm’s projects. In addition, he will oversee the company’s entire operations department, including project managers and superintendents. Having worked for large construction companies in New Jersey and upstate New York, Winters is a specialist in complex public projects, as well as diverse commercial and industrial projects. Among his previous construction projects are Yankee Stadium, JFK Airtran and upgrades to the Metro-North Hudson Line station.
