43-Unit Apartment Complex in Passaic Trades Hands

Ownership of a 43-unit apartment complex at 37-47 Westervelt Place in Passaic, N.J., has just changed hands. OSBF L.L.C. sold the property to 37-47 Westervelt Place L.L.C., with both companies relying on The Kislak Co. Inc. to orchestrate the deal. Westervelt Place is a five-story complex located about 16 miles from New York City.
