Garden Street Plaza Opens in Carlstadt

The Goldstein Group announced the completion of Garden Street Plaza in Carlstadt, N. J. The 17,000-square-foot neighborhood center, developed by ARC Properties of Clifton, is nearly fully tenanted with less than 4,000 square feet of space remaining. The Goldstein Group has assembled a wide-range of retailers for the center, including Edible Arrangements, Planet Wings, Tropical Tanning, Philly Pretzels, Carlstadt Pizza, Dollar Wave, Eddie’s Dry Cleaners, Carlstadt Bagels and Sim Nim Nails. The property is located at the intersection of Paterson Avenue and Garden Street. Neighboring tenants include Stop & Shop, Walgreens, A&P, Blockbuster Video, CVS Pharmacy, Mandee, Bank of America, Burger King, Harmon Face Value, Radio Shack, AutoZone and Dunkin’ Donuts.
