Maggy London Leases 112,000 SF in New Jersey

Maggy London International Ltd., a women's fashion designer, has leased 112,000 square feet at 55 Madison Circle Dr. in East Rutherford,N.J., according to an announcement by Stephen Elman of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. The company will relocate its New Jersey Meadowlands warehouse and distribution operation to the property from nearby Carlstadt in an expansion move. Elman and Stan Danzig, both based at Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office, negotiated the multi-year lease on behalf of Maggy London International. Rob Kossar of Jones Lang LaSalle represented AMB Property Corp., which owns the 150,000-square-foot building.
